Our mentorship programs offer a unique opportunity to learn the craft of woodworking while creating meaningful relationships with other creative makers and mentors. Mentees have the chance to select their own project with oversight from the mentor. Creating your own project from design through to completion instills not only a sense of confidence and accomplishment, but it also creates a platform to become comfortable with the shop, learn new skills and tools, be mindful of the details and practice resilience when a project doesn’t go as planned.
We hope that the tangible skills learned and opportunities for growth will empower participants to fully engage in their own creative ways. To get your creative thoughts going see below for some suggested projects!
Note: Mentees are responsible to supply all materials for their specific project and are eligible to receive Fuse33 supplier discounts while you are a registered member. Fuse33 can source wood and possibly other items for your project. Please discuss and arrange prior to class start.
Certifications are done on a One on One basis. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule yours.
Certifications include Wood Shop, Metal Shop, CNC, 3D printers and Laser cutters. If you have never used these tools before, these classes serve as wonderful introductions to learning about the machines and how to get up and running quickly and safely.
Other workshops are available upon request, email email@example.com:
